Lads came away with a point tonight after a 2-2 draw with Warbreck.
Game started poor for us going a goal down within 60 seconds a great finish it was but with no pressure on the ball it was a free strike and quality one from the edge of our box.
We got back into the game with a penalty from Paul Mooney after Louis Austin was brought down inside the box.
We controlled the game with some great fast flowing football but found ourselves 2-1 when a deflected freekick found its way into the net.
A deserved second goal from ourselves followed shortly after with Louis Austin getting his first Breck goal after Paul Mooney delivered a delightful ball that Louis lobbed over the advancing keeper.
2-2 at half time and that's how it finished.
Both teams having chances in the second half but neither could get that winning goal too take all three points.
On reflection a fair result and it's one the lads worked hard all over the park too secure.
After Saturday's poor performance the lads showed they had the fight & desire too bounce straight back and on the first half performance alone the football on show was very pleasing.
Man of the Match went to Jay Lander who's workrate throughout was 1st class and what we need to be seeing game after game.
Up next is a league game away at Old Xavs always a tough test whenever the two teams meet.
We go again.
Up The Breck.
