A cracking 4-0 away win yesterday and a top draw performance also from the lads.

Fair to say we was the dominant side from the opening minute, and we looked dangerous in the final third without really testing the keeper but there were positive signs as we mixed it up well on the tricky pitch at LSP.

We managed to get the deserved breakthrough from the penalty spot when Jawad Jebrin raced onto a ball and as he knocked it past ex Breck player Jamie Clark JJ was taken out and up stepped the returning Jamie Ménagh to smash it home.

Another quality move followed with the cleverness of Connor McCarthy having an effect in the final third and after he created a opportunity moving the ball out to the right, Connor Rankin crossed it over and a header from McCarthy (from near 18 yards out) hit the back of the net but was ruled offside, a proper tight call from the footage.

Other than a five-minute spell for Remmy second half we were class all over and with some classy finishes we took the game away from them.
The second goal from Jamie Ménagh was an absolute peach after Connor Mc muscled out his man, he delivered a ball and as it pinablled back out to the edge of the box helped by a Ryan Smith lay off Ménagh hit it first time and the net duly rippled.

Number three seen JJ get his fourth goal in the last three games, and it was another moment when he gets the opportunity to take a man one on one and give the kid space, he will shift it away from you and he did that and slotted home another neat and tidy finish.

The fourth was another gem from Ménagh after a Connor Rankin flick on Jamie seen the keeper of his line and with a first time left footed hit he lobbed the keeper to wrap up a quality trick.

We near had a fifth when Ryan Beigan pulled out a meg near the halfway line and he took it all the way in and one v one, you fancied him that wrap it up but he half scuffed his effort a goal would have been more than deserved to cap the team's performance on the day.

A game we started and managed well from the first to last minute and that’s the most pleasing part and after losing another defender to injury in the first half it could have been a tougher day but as said the lads game management was spot on.

Some quality performances with Ryan Smith,Carl Spellman,Jawad Jebrin & the two Connors Rankin & McCarthy all putting in solid shifts, but you can’t overlook hat-trick man Jamie Menagh who hit 2 crackers, and another well taken pen and Mendoza takes the Montage
MemorabiliaMOM award.

A mention also for centre half Harry Curtis who hadn’t trained with us or met the lads prior to the game and was class also not putting a foot wrong and was strong contender for MOM.

Class support once again and the applause at the end was first class as were the songs sung by the youngsters once again, cracking Breck away support and another enjoyable away day.
