What a way too finish of our unbeaten league campaign beating Waterloo Dock 11-1.

Asked the lads before the game for better performance from what we have seen over the last few weeks and as the score line suggests they duly delivered.

Peter Donnelly opening the scoring after a great ball from Marc Stephens and it was Marc who got our second with a unstoppable toey straight into the roof of the net.

Number three seen Paul Mooney dispatch a penalty with a Waterloo Dock Player also being dismissed.

Peter Donnelly hit the fifth after a Jamie Morton effort smashed of the post.

Jamie then hit a unstoppable strike from 30 yards out after some great link up with Ben Garrity a cracking strike.

Our sixth seen Ben Garrity run onto a Marc Steevo through ball and after rounding the keeper slotted home.

HT 6-0

After 3 substitutions we started the second half well but it it was like a keek ball exercise but when the lads upped the tempo we started to punish once again.

Franny Smith knocking home the seventh before the returning Jay Colbeck put away a nice finish after a Peter Donnelly assist.

Paul Mooney hit our ninth with Tom Kinsella the provider but a quick fire brace from Jamie Henders wrapped the game up his second goal sitting down 2 defenders and the keeper.

FT 11-1

A massive result to finish of our league campaign and in winning today we’ve gone the whole season unbeaten with our last league defeat going way back to October 2016 (drawing only 2 games) a unbelievable achievement from all who have kitted over that time ????

I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved this season and with three cup finals to come starting next Saturday were in pole position to make this a history making campaign.

We Go Again.
