A comfortable 8-1 win today played on a snowy Breck 3G pitch against Custys FC.

After a frantic opening we soon settled and took the game away from our opponents.

Peter Donnelly opening the scoring after a classy through ball from Johnny Swatton, Peter then swiftly followed that up with his second this time the impressive Jay Colbeck being the provider.

It was Jay Colbeck who provided the assists for our third & fourth goals with Paul Mooney on hand too put both of them away with one of them being a quality close dink over the oncoming keeper.

HT 4-0

After the break it was Custys who got the first goal and it was a absolute cracker from 30 yards out.

That woke us back up and we put our foot down once again Peter Donnelly on the scoresheet grabbing his hat trick after a Marc Steevo assist.

Franny Smith grabbed our sixth after a blocked shot founds it’s way to Franny to drive home.

Peter Donnelly then nicked his 4th and 25th of season after some great work from Marc Steevo with Marc chasing down a ball and dunking a cross back into the box for the Don to head home.

Franny Smith wrapped the game up after some great work from the returning Louis Austin who delivered a ball with his left peg for Franny too knock home.

FT 8-1

Another impressive performance from the lads and the footy on show first half in terrible conditions was top draw.

As always a very young Custys side put in a strong performance and despite the score line and they never give up all over the park.

Man Of Match went to Peter Donnelly who’s four goal display grabbed him the vote some other impressive performances from Colbeck,Steevo,Agar & Johnny Swatton ran him close ????

Up next it’s our final game of 2017 as we face Woolton away.

We Go Again.
