2-1 win today for the Breck in our George Mahon Semi Final against Sailsbury Athletic.
Dominated the first half from the first whistle with the lads moving the ball with quality all over.
Both our goals came during the first half with our first coming from Jay Colbeck who stepped up and slotted away another penalty after Peter Donnelly was brought down.
Our second seen Peter involved again after great work from Brodie Kearns spraying a ball out wide Peter glanced a header on to Louis Austin who took it in on the keeper and slotted home.
Plenty more decent chances in the half but we couldn't get that killer third goal before the break.
HT 2-0
Just after the restart we had the chance to get that third from the spot but a very rare penalty miss from Jay Colbeck give Sailsbury that wake up call to try get something outta the game and they duly did with a scrappy goal coming from a set piece scramble.
We lost our way in moments during the last twenty minutes but at same time still had numerous chances and plenty of possession to kill the game off.
We seen the game out and Breck get into our first final in three seasons in the top flight we're we will face APH in the final on May 6th...
