Another cracking win for the Breck beating Waterloo Dock 6-3 today.
The damage was done in a impressive first half performance when we stormed into a 5-1 lead.
After some good early play the lads got a deserved opener with Ben Garrity bending in a unstoppable strike from 30 yards out after a beat lay off from Michael Darcy.
The Dock came straight back at us and had a good five minute spell when they scored there goal coming from a twisting turning jinking run and a tidy finish to make it 1-1.
That only helped too wake our lads back up and the next thirty minutes we was on point putting in a performance up there with the best we have seen this season.
Our second came from Brodie Kearns who after out muscling and beating his man then cracked home a delightful near post finish Tom Kinsella the provider for the goal.
Number three seen Paul Mooney whip home a trademark free kick another heavy strike with the curl doing the keeper.
Number four was to quickly follow with Callum Fairclough providing Peter Donnelly after some great play and with Peter going 1v1 there was never any doubt slotting home before the keeper could set himself.
The fifth came yet again from a Paul Mooney free kick this time leaving the keeper rooted to the spot with a floated finish.
HT 5-1
Second half we started well again and should have extended are lead with two great chances going begging.
Waterloo got a goal back and some belief and after a own goal went there way it was game on and time to pull out socks up.
We did that and the lads managed the game much better in the last twenty minutes and we got another cracking goal late on with Ben Garrity yet again smashing home a unstoppable strike to wrap the game up.
FT 6-3
Another impressive performance from the lads and one that keeps us pushing hard in the title race that's sure to have a few more twists and turns during the run in.
Man Of Man today went to Ben Garrity who's legs drove us on second half and his two goals also had a huge say in the game at big moments also.
One bit of bad news from the game was Michael Darcy breaking his arm after a awkward fall early in the second half hopefully see him back before the season is over.
Up next it's Page Celtic at home in another massive game for the Breck.
We Go Again.
Up The Breck...
