A comfortable and cracking 6-0 win for the Breck tonight against a strong Byrom side.

Started the game well and could have been two up early doors with Ben Garrity going close on both occasions.

We got our lead through a majestic finish from Jamie Henders who lobbed the keeper with a audacious finish from a acute angle.

Our second came from the penalty spot after a handball and up stepped Jay Colbeck to put it away.

We dominated the rest of the half keeping the ball well all over and looked good doing it.

HT 2-0

Second half we overcame a little patch of good play from Byrom without anything of note really hurting us and once we got the third it was game over.

Jamie Henders getting his 2nd & 3rd in quick succession.

The second after a lay off from Peter Donnelly and the third coming from a shot from 25 yards out that the keeper failed to deal with and it spilled under his body.

Our fifth goal came from another cracker and it was Louis Austin who jinked away from his man dispatching a stunning looping finish into the far corner.

Number six seen Peter Donnelly get on the score sheet after some unselfish work from Callum Fairclough who chased a defender hard for a nothing ball and managed to make the opportunity for Peter to put away.

FT 6-0

Another great win for the lads against a very strong Byrom side keeps us battling on three trophy fronts going into the last few months of the season.

Man Of Match today went to Paul Mooney who put in a leader type performance and his best in a Breck shirt for sometime.

No game Saturday so a well deserved week off for the lads.

We Will Go Again.
